Customer Service Policy
Here’s what we are doing at Cornish Lavender to make you feel safe and secure so that you can visit with confidence.
All seated areas in the field or workshops are a significant distance apart and 2m from each other with plenty of outdoor space to ensure social distancing is possible for easy compliance. The covered seating pods are open on all 4 sides allowing airflow.
All catering is undertaken in a thoroughly cleaned kitchen in accordance with Food Standards Agency Regulations before any baking or food preparation is undertaken. All food operatives are trained to Level 2 Food Safety and Hygeine, with allergens training undertaken by supervisors and all staff appropriately trained. When necessary, staff wear approved PPE including aprons and gloves, for all aspects of food and drink production, preparation, serving and clearing. Allergens information is requested at time of booking, but please ask at any time.
All staff are trained in social distancing procedures and maintain the highest levels of cleanliness. All staff undertake Level 2 Food Safety and Hygeine for Catering training qualifications and Level 3 Allergens held by food preparation supervisor. An Emergency First Aid at Work qualified staff member is on site when open.
